FAQ
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Open iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Who Poop?. From there you can switch between Monthly and Annual or cancel. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the renewal date stops the next charge.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
When you start a trial, you'll have full access for 14 days at no charge. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your Apple ID is billed for the plan you selected. You can cancel any time during the trial from iOS Settings.
How do I invite a co-pawrent?
Open the app, go to Settings → [Your Pup]. Tap the Share button, choose the share type, and send the invitation link. Recipients need an Apple ID, and the latest version of the app. They must have a subscription to actually manage your pet, but Family Sharing can extend your subscription to them if you've set it up.
How do I invite someone to follow my pup as a furriend?
Same as co-pawrent--tap the Share button, but choose Furriend as the share type.
Where is my pup's data stored?
On your device and in your personal iCloud account using CloudKit. Who Poop? does not operate a server that stores your pup's data.
How do I delete all my data?
Delete the app from your device. Then open iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Who Poop? → Delete Data from iCloud. This removes everything including any shared family data you originated.
What happens if I lose my phone or get a new one?
Your pup's data is in iCloud, so it'll sync back automatically when you install Who Poop? and sign in with the same Apple ID.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. You can record walks, poops, meals and meds offline. Records sync to iCloud and to your co-pawrents the next time the device is online.
Does Who Poop? share my location with anyone?
Your location is recorded only while you are actively walking, and stored in your iCloud with the walk record. Anyone you choose to share with can see your walk history, including (per your control) live walks.
